Traitor is a challenging card game that comes close to a board game in terms of setup and playing depth. To win, players need a feel for bluff, tactics and a portion of inscription. Flexible response to the current situation is the winner.
From then on, the princess houses of the rose and the eagle lie in the twist. For years, the conflict, one house brought a city under its control through a cunning intrigue, the other extended its borders beyond the river. But now every house claims the whole highlands for itself.
The core element of the game is the conflict. In each round there is a confrontation between two opposing landscapes. Players try to support the landscape of their own minds with supply cards. Most players are facing each other in two groups.
The spicing element is the action cards. With them, each player (nearly) can secretly intervene in the game. It can ensure its supply for the next round, surprisingly change the strengths in the conflict, otherwise secure victory points or become a traitor. Winning landscapes take in underlying ones. The players will be paid out from the prawns there. A new round begins.
The winner is the player who, after 9 (3 players) and 8 (4 players) rounds, was able to book most winning points for himself.
