In six major cities in the world, players build towers and try to regain and retain majority.
In each round you play a map that shows where the nine positions of a city you can build and put a tower there. You can put towers on empty fields, but also on foreign towers above to take over the tower. This can only be done if you have at least as many floors of the tower after construction as the previous owner of the tower. Each player has a range of towers that are high between one and four floors. It is necessary to properly divide the towers for the three or four rounds (depending on the number of players). At the end of a round, players will be rewarded for their buildings. The highest tower in the world receives three points. The majority of towers in a city brings two points each and each individual tower one point.
The rules are therefore extremely easy. The game is characterized by a smooth run. It rarely comes to longer periods of thought.
