Mark as many stations as possible on your sheet and be the first to reach the end stations of the various subway lines. An exciting race ensues to see who can choose the lines the most cleverly and also plan the points-scoring transfer stations.
But be careful: each line can only be chosen a limited number of times and stations that have already been checked will stop your train prematurely. Some people quickly fall by the wayside and have completely made a mistake.
You can find the complete rules here.
Before the game, you decide together which city you want to play on the subway timetable - Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris or Madrid.
< div class="clear">You all play at the same time. Each round follows the same pattern:
Each player crosses as many stations on the selected subway line depends on how the number of the revealed card shows.
You must note the following:
The stations are always from the wagon from checked, d. H. you follow the line, starting from the wagon, to the first free station and place the first cross there.
All crosses must be connected; So no stations may be skipped.
The selected subway line may not be left.
If you click on a If you hit a station that has already been marked, you must end your turn (the rest of the card's numerical value is forfeited).
If you reach the end station of the line, your turn also ends.
You may also enter fewer or no crosses than the revealed number shows. However, you always have to fill in a wagon window with a number or the "+", even if you can't or don't want to mark a station on this line. This applies e.g. E.g. also if all stations on a subway line have already been ticked and you still have empty carriage windows for this line.
< span>The game ends as soon as there are no more empty wagon windows. The points achieved are then added together.
< span>Number card 6:
If the 6 is revealed, at the end of the turn all previously revealed cards (including the 6) are shuffled back into the stack. < /p>
Express cards:
When you come across a station that has already been ticked , you can skip this (or several) to the next empty station and continue ticking there (if necessary several times).
Empty stations may not, however, be skipped.< /span>
You can also use the express cards normally (or partially) as a number card.
Transfer option:
Here you enter a "+" in the wagon window instead of a number. Here too, follow the line from the wagon until you come to an empty station. There you count the different lines (= colors) that connect to this station and enter the number in the station. The number of transfer options you have at the end of the game counts twice in the final score.
Free ride: p>
Here, as an exception, no wagon window is filled in and you are free to decide in which empty station you place a cross. The selected station does not have to be the first empty station from the wagon, but can be chosen completely independently on the map.
The victory points for completing the corresponding subway lines are indicated on the right edge of each score sheet. If a player is the first to mark all the stations on a subway line, he receives the higher score. This is deleted for all players.
You can still achieve the lower score for this line if you complete the line later. If several players complete the same subway line for the first time in the same round, they all receive the higher number of points.
To complete a line, it does not matter whether the stations were marked with crosses or not with a number by changing trains.
One player can complete several subway lines in one move.
All points for completed subway lines are added up.
All points for stations with transfer options are doubled and added.
All still empty stations are added together and the value is halved - this is based on the number of points achieved by completing and changing deducted.
Whoever has the most points wins! In the event of a tie, the player with fewer empty stations remaining wins. Otherwise the victory will be shared.
In There is a ring railway in Berlin and Madrid. These lines each have 2 arrows at the first station.
In each round in which you choose this line, you can decide again in which direction you continue the crosses would like. However, as usual, the row of crosses must always be started from the wagon.
There is no end stop. The line is considered complete when all stations on the line are marked.
There are special stations in Paris and Madrid . If a special station is marked, the same value with which the station was just approached must immediately be entered into another wagon window and executed. The same or a different line can be selected for this. If a special station has been filled in with an express or transfer card, exactly the same action applies to the further entry (i.e. the express function can then also be used, or entering a number for the change).
