The meeting of the board game world at the Freusburg

This year our live meeting will of course take place again, in the beautiful Youth Hostel Freusburg. The Freusburg was first mentioned by name in 913 and documented in 1048. The beautiful castle complex with its medieval flair is located in the Siegtal.

Appointment

From August 21st to August 25th, 2024 we will storm Freusburg for 5 days of playing, chatting and having a lot of fun.

Registration takes place from June 30th, 2024 at 12 p.m..

Registration

Pre-registration, which is not mandatory, is possible here and we would be happy if you did You would register there so that we can plan everything better.

A user who must be logged in on the websites can register themselves and 3 other people for this meeting. Apart from the registrant, none of the other people need to be registered here. The names you enter there will be printed on buttons. In the form, each person can individually choose one of the different sleeping options. You can also choose between an arrival on Wednesday (until Sunday) and an arrival on Friday (until Sunday). (If you would like specific arrival and departure dates, please contact us personally)

Prices

< p> We get full board from Freusburg and charge the following prices per day and person:

  1. Multi-bed room: 52.00 euros
  2. Double room: 60.00 euros
  3. Single room: 65.00 euros

In addition, when awarding, we give preference to the unfortunately small number of singles and Double rooms, people who also occupy the room for the entire 4 days.

Games and drinks

There are no games in the castle, we have to bring them with us. Please label with names as some are always left behind and get mixed up. We would like to ask every user to treat other people's games as if they were their own. Please make sure that you return the games in full.

Drinks can be purchased on site (we buy directly from the castle). Each participant automatically pays €10.00 for drinks with the amount for accommodation. These will then be offset against the actual consumption when billing on Sunday.

We would also do a bulk order of T-shirts and mugs to make the meeting. So take a look at it and write me your wishes.
